HeartTALK by Sir Graham Lowe, KNZM, OSM, International Celebrity Coach

Sir Graham Lowe, (‘Lowie’) gave a presentation to the Heartbeats Hibiscus Coast group on 5th April 2022 on his personal journey with heart disease and reflections on what it meant in terms of his experience and career as an international Rugby League coach.

His talk on resilience and that unfathomable ‘X factor’ that allows some people to rise about major health challenges, was attended by over 40 Heartbeats members. It was very well-received and highly inspiring.
